What is this product?


It's a grey refractory mortar in wide coat, prepaired against fire and high temperatures.

It's applied in the construction of elements that have to support high temperatures such as ovens, chimneys, barbacues, fireplaces...



Great resistance to high temperatures.

Great adherence power for placing rebellious elements.


Easy to use.

How to prepare?


1- Pour the water first and then, the refractory mortar.

2- Mix in bowls in an approximated proportion of 4,5 litres per each 25 kgs.

3- It's very important to not add more water than recommended because chemical and physical conditions of the product would be reduced.

4- Mix by hand or with a mixing machine (better slow, 500 rpm) until getting a creamy paste.

5- Never add water after the paste settles.

How to use?


Once the paste is ready, it must be worked as a traditional mortar, for the following applications.

Union of rebellious bricks.

Wide coat cement walls.

It's recommended to clean the pieces to join and moiste them if porousity is high.

It's important that before the product forges, refractory bricks joints are touched up.

Where to use?


Ceramic material fixing, for interiors and exteriors. Using substrates:

Cement and cement-lime mortar walls.

Substrates must be solid, hard, clean and dry, without cracks or deformations.

Do not use: On metal, fiber-cement or wood (no flexible).

Skin: Wash with plenty of water.

Eyes: Wash with plenty of water.

Ingestion: Rinse with water and drink plenty of water.
